I am Evelina Sara Stasyte, second year student in University of Westminster, Graphic Design Communication course.
This is informational website, that contains my understanding, research and interest in Authorship & Interaction course. Authorship & Interaction covers a lot of different subjects that relate not only to Graphic Design, so it is a way to grow both as an artist and as a person.
There are four main sections that lead to information that has been gathered from lectures, workshops and tutorials. Lectures section contain my summary of the lectures that have been going on with K.J. Hayes as well some personal research of the parts I found interesting and that I could relate to.
Workshops have four parts with interaction with different software and technology.All workshops were carried out with L.Blazic and E.Giles. The final project is related to both lectures and workshops but carried out using mostly workshop gained knowledge.

The font I used is Frutiger because I got accustomed to it over the years as it is a simple, legible and pleasant font.

The start page image is one of my experimentations with Gimp from Libre graphics workshop. It is a photograph of Blue Malaysian Coral Snake by Mark Laita. The main reason why I used this picture, because of high detailed snake and black background, the contrast brings out the best of the picture. By having a clean photo space it is easier to play around with filters, colours etc.
